Kilvin isn't built for one industry. We build the specific tools your business needs, in a workspace your whole team shares, and have them running within days.
You're probably a fit if:
An important process lives in a spreadsheet, an inbox, or someone's head
You're paying for software you've bent into a shape it wasn't built for
You've said "I wish we just had a tool that did X"
Some things we've built
Our own, first. The Kilvin team runs most of the company through a Kilvin workspace: our CRM, inventory, emergency response, and admin tools all live there.
For clients, we've built proposal builders and content planners for a creative agency, portfolio and estate visualization tools for wealth advisors, and underwriting and waterfall models for real estate developers. The range is wider than we expected when we started, and it keeps growing.
How it works
Tell us what's broken or missing.
We build it during your Managed Build window, usually with a first version within 24 hours.
Your team uses it, asks for changes, and we keep building until it works the way you need it to.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if what I need is a good fit?
If anything in the list above sounds familiar, you’re probably a fit. The best fits are specific, recurring processes your team handles every week, like tracking jobs, building proposals, routing approvals, or pulling reports. The quickest way to know is a short call, and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s not a fit.
Do we need a technical person on our team?
No. We do the building. Your team just needs to know how the work gets done and tell us what’s broken or missing. Once your tools are running, anyone on the team can ask for changes.
What happens after the first build?
Your team uses it, tells us what’s off, and we keep refining it during your Managed Build window until it works the way you need. After that, the tools stay in your workspace, and you can keep adding to them as the business changes.
